A true perfectionist, he personally sources the freshest ingredients and oversees every recipe, ensuring that each plate bursts with the flavours and traditions he fell in love with as a youngster. (Fun fact: Alan's good at dad's jokes!) Leo brings his unwavering passion for Chinese cuisine to elevate our takeaway experience. He’s constantly studying new ingredients and recipes—especially those that pack a fiery punch—and channels his love of bold, spicy flavours into every dish he creates. (Fun fact: Leo's good at board games!)
